Really good community with tips and advice on how to just grow and be better mentally and physically. Programs are detailed with links to YouTube videos with exercises if you need help, and there are beginner programs to more advanced ones. I've only had it for three months, and I like where I've made it so far it's been super helpful in keeping me consistent, which is what I always struggled with, so I'm grateful and at least recommend you give it a try.

Trust me when I say that this discord will help you. Upgrading to premium is a worthwhile investment. Doesn't matter if you're cutting, bulking, recomping, I can guarantee there will be advice that's applicable to you. Tons of simple yet technical, principled, and effective stuff that'll help you and that you don't hear enough. I don't have access to much equipment, so I had to improvise, but after buying premium and taking the advise, my workouts three times as hard. I've been shredding way more fat, sleeping better, building more muscle, and haven't felt a good muscle pump like it since I first started working out.
